In this regard, it should be noted that Recall  as Data Controller of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments - Personal Data Protection Code ("Privacy Code") - and EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 - General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") (hereinafter referred to as "Applicable Legislation") acknowledges the importance of personal data protection and considers its protection one of the main objectives of its activity.
